We all want affirmation that our lives have meaning, and there is no stronger affirmation than when we connect through stories. Each of us, in our search for meaning, has a vast amount of experience to draw upon. Our struggles and hardship, along with our achievements and blessings, teach us life’s lessons. Our experience, our strength and the hope that endures are part of our unique story — and part of the reason why we should tell our life story.

This workshop will offer an opportunity to explore some of the stories that highlight the important strengths you have used during difficult times. You will be able to recognise these strengths for the gifts they are and for be healed from sharing your stories in small groups. You will get some tips on how to deliver your story authentically and develop develop a comfortable delivery style so you will feel at ease at telling your stories regardless of the setting.
Learn how to revel in the triumphs, grow in the struggles struggles and share your stories to entertain, inspire and empower others.
